Hi my name is Joshua Eller and I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Photography from Towson University.  I first got into photography while majoring in Historic Building Preservation and Restoration in college. Today my love for history and Americana is still very much present in my work. I express this by discovering the history of the country, exploring its natural wonder, and meeting the people that make it what it is.  
Part of what influences my work is a sense of adventure. One day I could be in the middle of the smoke at a war reenactment, the next I could be meeting  people while exploring a new city, or I could be standing in the tree line of a forest watching a deer slowly graze in a field.  Even the thrill of trying new things in a studio can have its own sense of excitement. But mostly it’s the thrill of capturing something in my lens and sharing it with viewers that drives me.
